5. Partial Refunds

• You have received partial access to course materials
• In such cases, refund amounts will be pro-rated based on work completed

6. Cancellation Policy

Projects and services can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancel before work begins: Full refund
• Cancel after 25% completion: 75% refund
• Cancel after 50% completion: 50% refund
• Cancel after 75% completion: 25% refund
• Cancel after completion: No refund (unless quality issues exist)

7. Quality Guarantees

If the delivered work does not meet our quality standards, we will:

• Provide unlimited revisions at no additional cost
• Work with you until you are completely satisfied
• If satisfaction cannot be achieved, offer a full refund
